  3. Mash 3 overripe bananas in a large mixing bowl, then add the sugars, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, sour cream, and cooled brown butter.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt over the wet mixture and mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
