Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare the casserole dish by greasing a 12 x 9-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain when al dente.
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken and bacon over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink and the bacon is crispy. Remove and cool slightly.
- Prepare the fresh ingredients by dicing jalapenos and slicing green onions. Set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth. Stir in shredded cheese, jalapenos, and most green onions.
- Transfer the cooked rotini pasta to the greased casserole dish, followed by the chicken and bacon mixture. Pour the creamy mixture over the top and fold together.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, jalapeno slices, and green onion slices on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for a better melt and avoid additives. Adjust jalapeno amount for spice level.
