- Blend 1 cup of full-fat cottage cheese, 2 large eggs, and 4 egg whites until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups of superfine blanched almond flour and 1 tablespoon of aluminum-free baking powder.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold until just combined.
