Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken breast with soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or 15 if short on time.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together gochujang, heavy cream, and honey until smooth. Adjust spice level if desired.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry mixed vegetables for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Layer cooked rice in bowls, top with chicken and stir-fried veggies, and drizzle the gochujang cream sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
