- In the same skillet, stir-fry mixed vegetables for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Layer cooked rice in bowls, top with chicken and stir-fried veggies, and drizzle the gochujang cream sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
