Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells Make sure they're big enough to hold a generous stuffing.
  • 2 cups Turkey Use leftover roasted turkey.
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes Use leftover or fresh.
  • 1 tablespoon Celery Diced.
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Onion Diced.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • 3 ounces Cheddar Cheese Shredded, divided.
  • 1.25 cups Gravy Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup Bread Stuffing Use any leftover or quick stovetop version.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Essential for flavor.
For Toppings
  • 1 cup Extra Cheese For a cheesy topping.
  • to taste Fresh Parsley or Green Onions Optional garnishes.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a pot of salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, onion, celery, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread 3/4 cup of gravy across the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the turkey mixture and arrange them in the baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining bread stuffing, gravy, and cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil in the last 5 minutes.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
