Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a pot of salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey, mashed potatoes, onion, celery, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread 3/4 cup of gravy across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the turkey mixture and arrange them in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining bread stuffing, gravy, and cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil in the last 5 minutes.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
