Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Blueberry Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together ½ cup of softened butter and ½ cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add 1 ¼ cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, mixing until crumbly.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
