- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Cream together ½ cup of softened butter and ½ cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add 1 ¼ cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, mixing until crumbly.
