- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle in onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let the flavors meld for 1-2 minutes.
