  • 16 oz Alfredo sauce Homemade is best, but store-bought works
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Freshly shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (optional) Can be omitted
For the Toppings
  • 4 slices Bacon Crumbled
  • to taste Pickles Can use dill relish or omit
  • to taste Tomatoes or shredded lettuce (optional)

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it up, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Sprinkle in onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let the flavors meld for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, pour in Alfredo sauce, and stir to combine. Simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
  5. Fold in the cooked pasta and add shredded cheddar cheese (and mozzarella if using). Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the cheeses melt into the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with crumbled bacon and pickles. Optionally add diced tomatoes or shredded lettuce on top. Serve warm.
