Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray ramekins with olive oil.
  2. Scoop about 1/3 cup of cottage cheese into each ramekin.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes over the cottage cheese.
  4. Drizzle 1-1.5 tablespoons of marinara sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the marinara.
  6. Add mini pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
