- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray ramekins with olive oil.
- Scoop about 1/3 cup of cottage cheese into each ramekin.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes over the cottage cheese.

- Add mini pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
