- Prepare the Mango Purée: Scoop the pulp from the mangoes and blend until smooth to yield about 1 cup.
- Toast the Coconut: Heat a nonstick pan, add coconut, and stir for about 1 minute until golden.
- Cook the Mixture: Combine mango purée and sweetened condensed milk in the pan. Cook for 5–7 minutes until thick.
- Shape the Truffles: Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls using your hands.
- Coat & Store: Roll each ball in extra coconut and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
