Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Float
  1. Chill the All-Purpose Cream in the fridge overnight or freeze for about 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and slice the ripe mangoes into thin strips.
  3. Whip the chilled cream until it doubles in volume and forms soft peaks.
  4. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream.
  5. Lay a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the dish.
  6. Spread one-quarter of the cream mixture over the graham crackers and layer with sliced mangoes.
  7. Repeat the layering process until you have four layers, finishing with cream and mango on top.
