Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the chicken breasts, zucchini, red and yellow bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chopped chicken and vegetables with olive oil, minced garlic, and chosen spices. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, checking for doneness at 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
