Ingredients

For the Base
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice provides tropical sweetness; substitute with orange juice for a different fruity profile.
For the Pink Layer
  • 1/2 cup Gatorade Zero Sugar Berry adds a pinkish hue and sweet flavor without excess calories; berry-flavored sparkling water is a healthy alternative.
For the Blue Layer
  • 1/2 cup Gatorade Frost Glacier Freeze creates the blue layer for a fun color component; you can also use any blue sports drink or blue raspberry soda.
For Layering
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes cools the drink and helps maintain the layer separation; use whole cubes for better layering or crushed ice for faster chilling.
Optional
  • 1 piece Straw helps drink without disturbing the beautiful layers.

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Spoon

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by filling a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes, ensuring they're tightly packed.
  2. Pour the pineapple juice slowly over the ice until the glass is about one-third full.
  3. Now, grab a spoon and hold it upside down above the pineapple juice. Carefully pour the Gatorade Zero Sugar Berry over the back of the spoon until it fills to about three-quarters full.
  4. Use the same technique with Gatorade Frost Glacier Freeze, pouring slowly over the back of the spoon to form a striking top blue layer.
  5. Optionally, add a garnish of fresh pineapple wedges or a few berries on top. Serve immediately, preferably with a straw.
