- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and natural sweetener. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in optional protein powder and any mix-ins. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and chill for about 15-20 minutes to thicken.
- Remove from fridge and roll into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
