  3. Gradually add milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough holds together when pressed.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days or freeze for 2–3 months.
