Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Remove any wilted outer leaves from the cabbage, then slice it into ¾-inch thick rounds.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the oil and spice mixture onto both sides of each cabbage steak.
  6. Place the cabbage steaks on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Once done, sprinkle with optional toppings if desired.
