- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the sliced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent and fragrant.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds.
- Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced red bell pepper, stir-frying for 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
