Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted water according to package instructions for 7-9 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, taco-seasoned beef, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced green onions, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  4. Drizzle Catalina dressing over the mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
