For the Dressing

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the Honeycrisp apples and slice them into thin wedges or bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper until emulsified.
  4. Add the mixed greens, crumbled feta, and chopped nuts to the bowl with apples. Toss gently to mix.
