- Wash and pat dry 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Gather all ingredients including sugar-free blueberry syrup, heavy cream, sparkling water, and ice.
- In a blender, combine blueberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar-free blueberry syrup and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- Pour 1/2 cup of heavy cream into the bowl with strained blueberry juice and stir gently until fully incorporated.
- Fill serving glasses with ice and pour one-third of the blueberry-cream mixture into each glass. Top off with sparkling water.
