Step-by-Step Instructions for Coconut Spritz
- Fill a large wine glass or stemless goblet with ice cubes, about three-quarters full.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz of coconut rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Pour the shaken mixture over the ice-filled glass, then add 1 1/2 oz of soda water and gently stir.
- Top off with 1 oz of chilled Prosecco or sparkling wine, pouring slowly to maintain the bubbles.
