Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, pour in 4 cups of filtered cold water. Add 4 green tea bags or 4 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea along with a generous handful of fresh mint leaves. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
  2. Slice 2 ripe kiwis thinly and add them to the pitcher, lightly pressing some of the slices to release their juices.
  3. If desired, stir in honey or your preferred sweetener to taste, ensuring it's well mixed.
  4. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours to steep.
  5. Once steeped, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove tea bags, mint, and kiwi pulp.
  6. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of kiwi.
