Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large pitcher, pour in 4 cups of filtered cold water. Add 4 green tea bags or 4 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea along with a generous handful of fresh mint leaves. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Slice 2 ripe kiwis thinly and add them to the pitcher, lightly pressing some of the slices to release their juices.
- If desired, stir in honey or your preferred sweetener to taste, ensuring it's well mixed.
- Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours to steep.
- Once steeped, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove tea bags, mint, and kiwi pulp.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of kiwi.

Notes
For the best flavor, steep the tea overnight and avoid bitterness by straining thoroughly.
