Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pulse the frozen mango in a food processor for about 30 seconds or until fluffy.
  2. Add maple syrup and lime juice, blend for another 30 seconds until mixed.
  3. Blend until completely smooth, around 1-2 minutes, scraping sides if necessary.
  4. Let the food processor run for one more minute for a creamier texture.
  5. Serve immediately for soft serve or freeze for 2-3 hours for a firmer texture.
  6. If frozen longer than a few hours, allow to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
