Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup Jamun (Java Plum) fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Coconut Water fresh is preferred
  • 1/4 cup Condensed Milk swap with coconut milk for dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Regular Salt balances sweetness
  • 1 pinch Black Salt optional
Fizz
  • 2 cups Soda or Aerated Water flavored varieties can be used
  • 2 cups Ice for chilling
Garnishing
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala for flavor kick
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint for garnishing
  • 2 slices Lemon Wedges for color and tanginess
  • 1 pinch Red Chili Powder optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the jamun, coconut water, condensed milk, lemon juice, regular salt, and black salt until smooth.
  2. Fill tall glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the blended mixture over the ice, filling three-quarters of each glass.
  4. Top off each glass with soda or aerated water, pouring slowly to avoid excessive bubbling.
  5. Garnish with chaat masala, mint leaves, lemon wedges, and red chili powder if desired.
  6. Serve immediately for best taste.
