Instructions for Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the breakfast sausage links, cooking for about 8–10 minutes until browned. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, melt butter, and whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Pour into the skillet and cook for about 3–4 minutes until fluffy. Remove from heat.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough, separate into triangles, and spoon a portion of cooked sausage and eggs onto each triangle. Sprinkle cheese on top and roll tightly from the wide end.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a minute before serving. Pair with fresh fruit or salsa for a delightful brunch.
