Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the breakfast sausage links in a skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until browned. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then scramble for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent roll dough, place sausage pieces, scrambled eggs, and cheese on triangles, and roll from wide end.
  4. Bake the assembled roll-ups on a lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
