  • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes or baby potatoes for a fun presentation
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika for a twist
For the Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro parsley can substitute
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and pat dry the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix with olive oil until a thick paste forms.
  3. Toss the potato cubes in the spice mixture until uniformly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the potatoes for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. For the sauce, heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté minced garlic, then stir in cayenne pepper, cilantro, paprika, and lemon juice.
  7. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked potatoes and toss gently to coat.
