  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce For seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce For depth of flavor
For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb Steak Thinly sliced
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli Cut into florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil For frying
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil For flavor

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
  5. Add garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli to the wok. Stir-fry until tender.
  6. Return steak and shrimp to the wok, add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, then stir-fry everything together.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
