  • 1 package Pizza Crust Dough homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce homemade or store brand
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon chopped into pieces
  • 1 cup Blackberries fresh
  • 1/4 cup Basil Leaves fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza crust dough to about 3/8 inch thick.
  2. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to approximately 500°F.
  4. Carefully place the rolled-out pizza dough directly onto the grill grates for 2-4 minutes.
  5. Brush the toasted side of the crust with olive oil.
  6. Layer the grilled crust with pizza sauce, then mozzarella cheese, bacon, blackberries, and basil.
  7. Grill assembled pizza for 4-6 minutes until cheese is melty and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve fresh.
