Preparation
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza crust dough to about 3/8 inch thick.
- Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to approximately 500°F.
- Carefully place the rolled-out pizza dough directly onto the grill grates for 2-4 minutes.
- Brush the toasted side of the crust with olive oil.
- Layer the grilled crust with pizza sauce, then mozzarella cheese, bacon, blackberries, and basil.
- Grill assembled pizza for 4-6 minutes until cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Slice and serve fresh.
