Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Salmon
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down into the hot skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until opaque and flakes easily.
