  • 8-10 Skewers (Wooden/Metal) soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before grilling

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F. If using wooden skewers, soak them now.
  5. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through at 165°F.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
