Method
 

Step 1: Prepare Marinade
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, pineapple juice, and sesame oil until well combined.
Step 2: Marinate Ribs
  1. Place short ribs into a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 3: Preheat Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F, clean and lightly oil the grill grates.
Step 4: Grill Ribs
  1. Grill the ribs for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and an internal temperature of at least 145°F is reached.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove ribs from the grill, let them rest for 5 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
