Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until nicely browned, then drain any excess fat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic and lightly golden.
- Flatten the biscuit dough into rounds about 3-4 inches wide on a clean surface.
- Spoon a portion of the beef and garlic mixture onto the center of each dough round, then add cubes of cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
- Gently fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal tightly.
- Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let the bombs cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
