For the Tzatziki
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Substitute with coconut yogurt for dairy-free.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cucumber For tzatziki.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade. Coat the sirloin steak evenly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, honey, salt, and fresh herbs. Cover and chill.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for 4–5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing thinly.
