Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it up. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in 1 large sliced onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook for 3-4 minutes until onions are soft.
  4. Add 2 cups of cooked rice, breaking up clumps. Stir and combine for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir to evenly coat, heating through for 2 minutes.
  6. Cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until rice is slightly crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
