Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat until fragrant and shimmering.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer over medium-high heat.
  4. Once simmering, carefully add the frozen potstickers and cook until they float, about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Stir in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, allowing to simmer for an additional minute.
