Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes.
  2. Divide ground beef into small handfuls and place on one half of each tortilla, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Sear tortillas with beef side down in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the beef and fold the tortilla in half, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until crispy.
  5. Remove from skillet, let rest for 1-2 minutes, then slice into triangles and serve with toppings.
