- In a large pitcher, pour 4 cups of fresh apple cider and 1 cup of pomegranate juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Thinly slice a medium apple and an orange, then toss them into the pitcher with fresh cranberries. Mix gently.
- Add 2-3 cinnamon sticks, a few whole cloves, and a star anise to the pitcher. Stir lightly.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Cover and place the pitcher in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour to chill.
- Just before serving, pour in 1 cup of sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- Serve over ice with additional fruit slices for garnish.
