Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, add butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, letting it simmer and thicken.
  4. Cook ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions (about 4-5 minutes). Drain and rinse in cold water.
  5. Return to the skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté more minced garlic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, simmering for 5 minutes.
  6. Assemble by dividing noodles into bowls, ladle the spicy broth over noodles, top with sliced chicken, drizzle creamy sauce, and garnish.
