Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sushi rice, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir well, then press into the greased baking dish.
  3. Flake skinless salmon and mix with mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil until creamy. Spread evenly over the rice.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the salmon layer.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm with roasted seaweed.
