Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in white chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 18-23 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Cool the baking dish on a wire rack until the brownies reach room temperature.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  7. Fold in the whipped topping to create the frosting.
  8. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
  9. Pulse the vanilla sandwich cookies in a food processor and mix with strawberry syrup.
