Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into taco molds and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheese mixture.
- Wash and slice strawberries, mix with strawberry jam, and set aside.
- Fill cooled taco shells with cheesecake filling, top with strawberries, and sprinkle remaining crumbs for extra crunch.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
