Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into taco molds and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cheese mixture.
  3. Wash and slice strawberries, mix with strawberry jam, and set aside.
  4. Fill cooled taco shells with cheesecake filling, top with strawberries, and sprinkle remaining crumbs for extra crunch.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
