Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, whisk 4 grams of agar agar powder into 1 cup of water until fully blended. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  2. Reduce heat, whisk in 2 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved. Slowly pour in 1 cup of coconut milk while stirring gently.
  3. Remove from heat and cool for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps.
  4. Pour the mixture into a heatproof container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Cut into cubes and serve topped with quartered fresh strawberries and a splash of almond milk.
