  2. Blend the chopped strawberries, onion, and jalapenos in a food processor until finely pureed.
  3. Combine the pureed mixture in a large pot with the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly.
  4. Heat the mixture over medium-high until boiling, then reduce to low and simmer uncovered for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Ladle the sauce into sterilized canning jars, leaving a 1/4 inch headspace at the top.
  6. Seal the jars tightly and double-check that there are no air bubbles in the sauce.
  7. Process sealed jars in boiling water for 15 minutes to ensure preservation.
  8. Cool the jars on a kitchen towel for 24 hours before checking seals and storing.
