For the Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce Use favorite brand or homemade mix with ketchup, vinegar, and spices.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Carefully remove the silver skin from the back of the baby back ribs using a sharp knife.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine your brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper if desired. Stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Generously coat both sides of the ribs with your spice mixture.
  5. Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  6. In a saucepan, combine your favorite barbecue sauce with honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Once the ribs are tender, unwrap them and place them on a hot grill or under the broiler. Brush with barbecue sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, cut between the bones, and serve with extra sauce on the side.
