Prep and Cook Ribs
- Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Coat both sides of the ribs with oil.
- Sprinkle and rub the dry rub over the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake at 250°F for 2 hours and 45 minutes to 3 hours.
Make Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce
- Blitz garlic, shallots, and ginger in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Sauté the mixture in oil over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add remaining sauce ingredients and simmer until thickened.
Broil Ribs
- Unwrap the ribs and mix the juices into the BBQ sauce.
- Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and broil for about 10-15 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest, then slice and serve hot.
