Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
- In a food processor, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Add sifted flour and salt, pulsing until the dough resembles coarse crumbs, then press into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and passion fruit purée, then mix in granulated sugar and sifted flour until smooth.
