  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Choose your favorite brand
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley For garnish
  • 1/4 cup Additional BBQ Sauce For serving

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the country style ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with foil.
  5. Cook in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
  6. Remove the foil, brush BBQ sauce on the ribs, and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Let the ribs rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
