Preparation
- Soak plain breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, cranberries, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Aim for 20 meatballs.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs for about 6 to 8 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, cream, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer and scrape browned bits from the pan.
- Nestle browned meatballs in the sauce, cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning. Serve meatballs with the sauce over them.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
