Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Provides lean protein

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter For browning meatballs
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Savory base for sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Adds richness
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard For tanginess
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Enhances umami flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soak plain breadcrumbs in milk for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, cranberries, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Aim for 20 meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, cream, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer and scrape browned bits from the pan.
  6. Nestle browned meatballs in the sauce, cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning. Serve meatballs with the sauce over them.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
