Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat 4 cups of filtered water until just below boiling. Steep 3-4 green tea bags or loose leaf for about 3 minutes. Remove and cool.
- In a blender, combine one ripe mango and fresh pineapple bits to puree. Optionally strain. Mix with 2 cups of coconut water in a pitcher.
- Fill tall glasses halfway with ice cubes. Pour the coconut-water and fruit mixture over the ice, filling to three-quarters.
- Pour cooled green tea over the mixture in each glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple. Serve immediately.
