Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 cups water filtered
  • 3-4 bags green tea or loose leaf
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder optional
For the Tropical Mix
  • 2 cups coconut water pure and unsweetened
  • 1 medium fresh mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple bits fresh is best
For Final Touches
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar optional, to taste
  • 1 slices pineapple for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 4 cups of filtered water until just below boiling. Steep 3-4 green tea bags or loose leaf for about 3 minutes. Remove and cool.
  2. In a blender, combine one ripe mango and fresh pineapple bits to puree. Optionally strain. Mix with 2 cups of coconut water in a pitcher.
  3. Fill tall glasses halfway with ice cubes. Pour the coconut-water and fruit mixture over the ice, filling to three-quarters.
  4. Pour cooled green tea over the mixture in each glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple. Serve immediately.
