- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 180°C (355°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sweet paprika powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
- Cut the corn in half and slice each half lengthwise to create 'ribs'.
- Brush each corn piece with the olive oil mixture.
- Air fry the corn ribs for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Melt vegan butter and olive oil in a small pan, then stir in Aleppo chili flakes.
- Combine vegan cream cheese with lime zest and juice until smooth.
- Serve corn ribs with lime zest cream cheese and drizzle with Aleppo chili butter. Garnish with pine nuts, green onions and herbs.
